Culture: Festival of Espantalhos Sheriffhales, Shropshire
Now learned that the only place where I can see where the brouhaha going on in these parts, is in the newspaper.
And I get the newspaper, but never read them carefully. I'm going to be a little more careful.
I was kind of down, wanting to ride one of those birthday parties, town, remembering my nostalgic festival Strawberry and Grape in Jundiaà until I read here that close, in Sheriffhales, they would have a party to raise funds for the construction of the hall meetings of the village (village hall). And the theme of the party was Scarecrow. I believe this is the third party that they do raise funds pro pra village, is building or repairing monuments or churches of the small town.
The whole community came together and decorated the streets of the village with scarecrows, all with different themes and fun - full of imagination. And I say, my sexy see the whole community together, organizing and working pro common good. Ooh good thing!
And again, I saw no commotion, agitation or misfortune - all well organized, nice people, helpful and very polite.
For children was a fun part - as Sheriffhales is a rural neighborhood, had plenty of farm pets for kids to know and tractors to play. And George loves tractors. Alexia tava just relax in, enjoying the scenery ...
Since I came to the United Kingdom, about 5 years ago I had never seen a Maypole Dance, which is a traditional dance in Western Europe, where the dancers dance in a circle around a pole which is decorated with garlands, ribbons , flowers, flags and other emblems, all in celebration of spring. Here you will see more decorated with colorful ribbons.
The festival had the pleasure of seeing one, where the village children danced. I made up a short filminho ...

You know, I'm not British, but my kids are, and that's all they know for 'home' and every day I see a little of the culture, traditions and values Britons dying to make room for cultural diversity.
Gee, beauty, everyone likes something different, but destroy the local culture supposed to be politically correct? Where is the world coming to? Soon to celebrate Christmas will offend someone, that because the United Kingdom is a traditionally Christian country, then bag it? ...
Imagine, soon we will all be a homogeneous mass of the same thing. Boring!
I want all cultures, each doing their prejudiced without the other, and if it fails to roll all in one place, each seeking his corner and we are all happy!
Well, I think for those who live in Europe know very well what I'm talking about ... and not go into details so as not to generate controversy. Of controversy here in MY KINGDOM I already have all right and more so
and here I can, because the crown tá is in my head, right?

So let the pictures right?
Here are some of the photos I took. There are some still in the camera her husband, but of course they are not as good as mine
Nor, so I give it here the next.
